Omedso marks, software and materials
Omedso or its licensors retain rights they can substantiate in the Omedso mark, interface, code and original materials. We do not claim third-party works or turn public, personal or clinical information into Omedso property.
Your content and the limited licence
You retain your rights. By posting you grant a non-exclusive licence limited to hosting, reproducing, displaying, technically adapting and moderating content to operate Omedso until deletion, except minimal evidence needed for security, disputes or law.
Personal data and clinical content
Your data, facts, documents and clinical records are not Omedso intellectual property. Do not publish clinical or third-party information; its processing is governed by privacy, consent and applicable duties.
Third parties and open source
Third-party marks, links, libraries and works belong to their owners. Open-source permissions and obligations remain effective and prevail over incompatible restrictions.
AI and training
AI output may not be unique and requires review before reuse. Omedso does not promise registrability or use identifiable content to train general or clinical models without specific, separate and revocable permission.
Extraction and interoperability
Mass scraping, control bypass, impersonation and unauthorised training are prohibited. This does not limit interoperability, reverse engineering, research or good-faith security testing expressly allowed by law.
Infringement notice
Email omedso@aevumcast.com and identify the work or right, post and location, contact, good-faith basis and authority. Do not send unnecessary personal or clinical documents.
Removal, response and repeat infringement
We may preserve minimal evidence, limit material and notify the author. They may show authorship, licence, exception or error and request a second review. Repeat infringers and false reports may be restricted under law; this channel is not presented as a universal DMCA process.
